Defendant appealed the revocation of his supervised release, challenging the district court’s determination that defendant committed an assault and violated a no-contact order in violation of the conditions of his release.

Where the preponderance of the evidence supported the district court’s determination, the court affirmed the revocation of defendant’s supervised release.

Judgment is affirmed.
