Jennifer Steinmeyer built her legal support career on a foundation of credibility and substantive client relationships. Recognizing early on that attorneys value expertise over surface-level sales interactions, she invested time learning legal procedures, timelines and terminology so she could engage meaningfully with the firms she serves.
Over the past 10 years, Steinmeyer has worked with law firms on court reporting, deposition and litigation needs, serving as a direct point of contact from start to finish. She said “attorneys don’t want to be ‘sold to'” — an insight that has shaped how she communicates, builds lasting relationships and makes herself a reliable resource for attorneys and their support staff.
Beyond her client work, Steinmeyer participates in community outreach through the MS Walk, the ALA Bunny Hop, BAMSL Motion for Kids and Keyway: Center for Diversion & Reentry. She is affiliated with the Women Lawyers Association, BAMSL, the St. Louis Lawyers Association and the Association of Legal Administrators of Greater St. Louis.
