Amanda Yoder has spent nearly 15 years with her firm, where she leads the Business Transactions Finance Team, a role she has held since 2023, and previously chaired the Associate Recruiting Committee from 2020 to 2022. She participates in the Women’s Initiative Network as both a mentor and mentee and in the Caregivers’ Inclusion Network.
Yoder serves on the boards of the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired, the Children’s Center Campus of Kansas City and Jackson County CASA, where she has volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem since 2018. She also participated in the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program in 2021 and served on the genKC Civic Involvement Committee in 2019.
She noted that the best advice she had received was to “let your future self guide your present decisions.” Yoder said that success is something only individuals can define and that those definitions must be allowed to evolve as careers and lives change.
