Criminal Law: Supervised Release-Revocation-Sentencing Challenge

Defendant appealed the district court’s decision to revoke his supervised release and the revocation sentence imposed by the district court.
Where the district court did not abuse its sentencing discretion in imposing a within-Guidelines sentence, the court affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
