Defendants moved for summary judgment on plaintiff’s complaint. Plaintiff filed suit against defendants alleging race discrimination, hostile work environment and retaliation for plaintiff’s opposition to race discrimination. Plaintiff, a Black woman, alleged that she was treated less favorably than similarly situated white employees, was subjected to adverse employment actions and experienced multiple discriminatory acts.

Where plaintiff’s complaint was facially untimely under the statute of limitations and where plaintiff failed to plausibly claim that she delayed filing her claims due to fears about retaliation against her ongoing educational efforts, the court dismissed the case.

Defendant’s motion for summary judgment granted.
