Criminal Law-Drug Conspiracy-Downward Variance-Reasonableness of Sentence

Defendant appealed the sentence imposed following her guilty plea to drug conspiracy, arguing that the district court should have varied even lower than it did.
Where the district court adequately considered the statutory sentencing factors, there was no error in imposing the downward variance given defendant’s extensive involvement in her boyfriend’s drug conspiracy.
Judgment is affirmed.
