Jordan Dollar’s path to plaintiff’s trial work traces directly to his father, who represented people and families during some of their darkest moments — securing justice while treating clients and their losses with dignity. In a trucking case, Dollar represented Dwight Slater, who stopped to assist at a crash site in Forrest City, Arkansas, only to be struck by a Kroger semi whose driver had documented company violations and deficient vision. After the defense dismissed Slater’s injuries in opening statement, a jury awarded the other victim’s family $140 million and Slater $10 million.
