Kirk Presley specializes in insurance bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. With 42 years of practice, Presley has secured significant recoveries including a $30 million judgment in a carbon monoxide poisoning case and a $25 million judgment for a motorcyclist left quadriparetic. He obtained nearly $20 million against Allstate for insurance bad faith and $11 million against American Family Insurance.
Presley has handled complex aviation cases, including multi-million-dollar recoveries for Citation and Cheyenne aircraft crashes. He publishes the Bad Faith Update blog and serves on the appellate judicial commission representing Missouri’s Western District. Presley sits on the board of directors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
