Criminal Law: Attempted Kidnapping-Appeal Waiver-Substantive Reasonableness of Sentence

Defendant appealed the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to attempted kidnapping, robbery and a firearm offense pursuant to a plea agreement containing an appeal waiver, challenging a condition of supervised release and the substantive reasonableness of the sentence.
Where the appeal waiver was valid and enforceable, the court was constrained to dismiss the appeal.
Appeal is dismissed.
