Former developer John Steffen has been re-indicted on bank fraud charges. Steffen was first indicted in July. He received more than $1.4 million in state tax credits to renovate the Metropolitan Building in the Grand Center arts district in 2007. Cloud computing company Savvis Inc. has announced it will be bought, but shareholders aren’t sold. On April 29, two days after the company announced a $2.5 billion acquisition by Louisiana-based CenturyLink Inc., shareholder Michael Jiannaras filed a potential class action in St. Louis County Circuit Court, alleging the deal sells Savvis short.
