Humane Society asks for dogs or $45,000

Mason, a shih tzu, is one of the dogs in custody of the Humane Society of Missouri. The Humane Society of Missouri wants ownership of 108 dogs seized from a Tuscumbia breeder last month. Either that or the group wants to be paid $45,000 for the care they have provided to the animals.
