Victim tampering leads to prison sentence

The actions of a Kansas City man while on probation have netted him 15 years in prison with no eligibility for parole. The man, 44-year-old Mitchell Moore, violated the terms of an order of protection, attempted to intimidate his victim from jail, harassed jail staff and defaced jail property, the Platte County prosecutor reported Friday.
