Cigna hires new legal counsel

Kirt Salmon has joined Cigna as its legal counsel in St. Louis.

He joins the health insurance company from the Herman Law Firm, which represents health insurance companies in managed care litigation and compliance in the marketplace as well as Medicaid and Medicare.

Salmon earned his law degree with a specialization in health law in 2016 from Saint Louis University. In 2017, he earned his master’s degree in health, health care administration and management.
