Perimeter Solutions brings in new counsel

Bill Waits has joined the Clayton-based chemical manufacturing company as corporate counsel.

Waits previously worked at Vi-Jon, another manufacturing company based in St. Louis, drafting contracts, managing nationwide litigation and advising on other matters. He previously practiced civil litigation at Reinker, Hamilton & Fenley.

Waits earned his law degree from Saint Louis University with a concentration in employment law in 2015.
