Read More »Attorney D.B. Amon, pictured here speaking at a community forum on eminent domain abuse on Aug. 20, recently filed suit seeking a temporary restraining order to prevent the St. Louis City Board of Aldermen from considering approval of the NorthSide redevelopment project in St. Louis.
At a hearing on Thursday, Judge Robert Dierker told attorneys he didn’t see any immediate harm making a restraining order necessary, and set the matter for a preliminary injunction hearing in three weeks.
