Criminal Law : Jury Instructions – Self Defense – Resisting Arrest

Where a defendant argued that the trial court erred in refusing his instruction for self defense in resisting excessive force in an arrest, the defendant’s factual theory did not support the instruction, and the judgment is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
