CLE: International Law and the War in Ukraine: What every lawyer needs to know

This CLE, the first in a series, will explore some of the many ways in which international law and institutions have been asked to address elements of the Ukraine conflict. This first session will focus upon the UN and NATO Charters, litigation before International Courts and Tribunals including the International Court of Justice, Permanent Court of Arbitration, International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, as well as questions of State responsibility and accountability for human rights abuses in the Council of Europe.
