Where a sheriff told defendant to place his hands behind his back and the officers said that the defendant could talk with them or take a ride with them but did not say they were arresting him, , the defendant had to know that he was under arrest once a physical confrontation began, so the evidence was sufficient to show that the defendant knew he was being arrested to support the conviction for .

Judgment is affirmed.
