Where a defendant in a drug case sought to suppress evidence obtained in a of a trailer, which was missing a roof and walls, that he allegedly used not as a residence but for a tree service business, the judgment is affirmed because the defendant did not have a reasonable in the property, and even though the trial court erred in admitting testimony about a in violation of the best evidence rule, the evidence was cumulative of property admitted evidence, so reversal was not required.

Judgment is affirmed.
