Criminal Law : Resisting Arrest – Sufficiency Of Evidence

Where a defendant challenged his conviction for resisting arrest, the judgment is affirmed because the defendant’s high speed chase created a substantial risk of serious injury, so the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction.
Judgment is affirmed.
