Message from provider: USA&M Midwest Inc., founded in 1985, is a client focused Alternative Dispute Resolution administrator providing a skilled panel of mediators and arbitrators to the legal, business and insurance community nationwide.

Our mission is to help contesting parties obtain resolution of their dispute through the use of an appropriate dispute resolution process. Our core values include honoring self-determination in the resolution process, a respect for people and belief in the importance of education.

We are Missouri’s largest provider of ADR services and our well equipped conference center with 14 conference rooms allows the parties to focus on their case in an atmosphere conducive to settlement.

Hours/day of week available: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. Additional hours upon request

Areas of emphasis/specialties: USA&M arbitrators and mediators resolve a wide variety of disputes, including, but not limited to, personal injury, business, employment, product liability, financial services, franchise, securities, construction, premises liability, insurance policy disputes, intellectual property, legal malpractice, FELA, admiralty, civil rights, sexual misconduct, healthcare, medical malpractice, will and trust contests, complex class action matters and real estate.

Geographic areas served: Mediations primarily held in the midwest. USA&M mediators will travel at the request of the parties. USA&M administers arbitrations nationwide.

Education: Our exclusive panel of mediators are specially selected and receive regular advanced training to hone and polish their skills.
