Drivers file wage suit against Papa John’s pizza chain
Drivers for Papa John's International earn less than the state and federal minimum wage because the pizza chain does not reimburse them for job-related expenses, a federal lawsuit claims. The suit, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis, was filed by the same lawyers who in May sued Pizza Hut alleging the same violations.
