Where a defendant’s amended motion complained that the plea court failed to inform him that he could withdraw his and his point on appeal claimed that the plea court failed to inform him that he could not withdraw his guilty plea, the point on appeal differed from the claim raised in the amended motion, so the defendant’s point on appeal was not preserved for appellate review, and the appeal is dismissed.

Appeal is dismissed.
