Where a defendant challenged his convictions for and incest, the evidence was sufficient to support the count, and the admission of testimony from the victim’s sister was not an abuse of discretion because the testimony was admissible prior consistent statements brought to rehabilitate the victim after an attack on her credibility.

Judgment is affirmed.
