Defendant appealed from his conviction of and child molestation. On appeal, defendant challenged the trial court’s decision to allow the state to expand the dates charged in each of the counts from the dates charged in the information, and the trial court’s decision to submit the verdict directors for each count.

Where defendant’s defense to challenge the victim’s credibility was not impeded but potentially aided by the amended information, the trial court did not err in allowing the state to expand the dates of the charged offenses.

Judgment is affirmed.

State v. Lambert (MLW No. 74192/Case No. SD35389 – 9 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, Francis, J.) Appealed from circuit court, Ripley County, Pritchett, J.
