Examples include leading the deal teams for BioScrip Inc., an infusion therapy company, which in 2013 acquired the assets of CarePoint Partners for $223 million and purchased the stock of HomeChoice Partners for $70 million. Arnold has similarly led numerous health care technology and business services acquisitions for private equity funds.
Arnold’s practice also includes advising both public and private companies on strategic initiatives and operational matters; helping providers, suppliers and drug and device manufacturers with regulatory compliance; and defending pharmacies and pharmacists on licensure matters.
Arnold serves as both chair of Polsinelli’s health care alignment and organization practice and managing partner of the firm’s St. Louis office.
She also is chair of Polsinelli’s national Women’s Initiative Committee. Last year, she was among the recipients of the Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards, which recognize top female lawyers throughout the country.
Arnold earned her law degree in 1993 from Washington University in St. Louis.
