Burger assists the firm’s entire litigation department. She is known as a spreadsheet whiz and is extraordinarily responsive and resourceful. She has her team’s back.

Tell us about your key accomplishment(s) in this role. 

A truly enormous document production project came across my desk and required creative software application, coordination of many moving parts and people and meticulous organization, not to mention revisiting our approach to certain difficulties in the production and hours upon hours of overtime by the entire team. It was truly a chore and certainly a learning experience.

What is the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Dress for success.” There is an intention and an attitude that your presentation speaks to the people around you, and that saturates into your own persona as well. Your outward projection is a purposeful manifestation of your nature, and it should honor the people and places you go.
