What do you enjoy most about your job?
I get tremendous satisfaction from putting together high-performing teams built around recruiting the best and brightest individual talent available for each position.
Tell us about your first job and what you learned from it.
I grew up on a family farm, so there I learned about hard work. In commercial banking, probably the most valuable lesson I learned is that all outstanding companies are created by recruiting, hiring and retaining talented people who share the same values. I truly enjoy all aspects of business management, but it all begins with having the best people in every position.
