Domestic Relations: Divorce-Division of Marital Property

Defendant appealed the divorce judgment, which divided the parties’ marital property and determined child custody and support. Plaintiff moved to dismiss the appeal due to the deficiencies in defendant’s brief.
Where defendant’s brief failed to conform to the requirements of Rule 84.04, including lacking page references to the record, the court dismissed the appeal.
Appeal is dismissed.
