Staff Report//October 20, 2023//
Plaintiff appealed the district court’s judgment affirming the denial of his application for Social Security disability benefits.
Where there was substantial evidence to support the ALJ’s determination of plaintiff’s residual functional capacity, especially where the ALJ was not required to adopt the exact limitations noted by the expert witnesses, there was no error in denying SSD benefits.
Judgment is affirmed.
