Where defendants challenged a judgment against them for sex discrimination under the Missouri Human Right Act, the trial court did not order the defendants to pay any damages as a result of the court’s liability determination, so the judgment was not final, and the appeal is dismissed because the court lacked jurisdiction.

Appeal is dismissed.
