Civil Rights: Wrongful Death-Dismissal-Denial of Supplemental Jurisdiction

Plaintiffs appealed the dismissal of their civil rights action arising from the death of their son.
Where the record supported finding that plaintiffs had failed to state a claim and that there was no basis to exercise supplemental jurisdiction, the court affirmed the dismissal of the action.
Judgment is affirmed.
