The 22nd Circuit Commission released its report on the demographics of applicants to its circuit judge vacancies created by the retirement of Judge Bryan L. Hettenbach and the retirement of Judge David C. Mason.

Out of 23 total applicants, eight were female and six reported being minority applicants. Eight currently work in the private sector and 15 currently work in the public sector.

The applicant’s average age is 45.96.

The applicants are:

Applicant interviews conducted by the commission are open to the public and will be conducted beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 25 in the Division Court Room of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, in St. Louis. After the interviews, the commission will select three candidates for each vacancy to nominate for the governor’s consideration.
