Defendant appealed the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to drug offenses pursuant to a plea agreement containing an appeal waiver, challenging the substantive reasonableness of the sentence.    

Where the appeal waiver was valid and enforceable, the court dismissed defendant’s substantive reasonableness challenge.   

Appeal is dismissed.
