Criminal Law-Revocation of Supervised Release-Excessive Sentence-Substantive Reasonableness of Sentence
Staff Report//June 4, 2026//
Defendant appealed the sentence imposed following the revocation of his supervised release in two cases, challenging the excessiveness and substantive reasonableness of the sentence.
Where the district court did not abuse its sentencing discretion, the court affirmed the judgment of sentence.
Judgment is affirmed.
