Defendant appealed his conviction for sex trafficking and possession with intent to distribute, challenging the admission of several witnesses’ testimony and the denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal.

Where the witness testimony was relevant to establish intent and its admission was harmless error as there was other overwhelming evidence of defendant’s guilt, the court upheld defendant’s conviction.

Judgment is affirmed.
