Employer-Employee-Employment Action-Dismissal-Failure to Exhaust Administrative Remedies

Plaintiff appealed the dismissal of his employment action for failure to exhaust administrative remedies and failure to state a claim.
Where the record supported dismissal, there was no abuse of discretion in denying plaintiff leave to supplement the record.
Judgment is affirmed.
