Plaintiffs appealed the grant of summary judgment to defendant. Plaintiffs had a homeowners’ policy with defendant and filed a claim for water damage. Defendant denied the claim, concluding that the damage was outside the scope of coverage because it stemmed from a leak that had lasted for about a month.

Where plaintiffs’ policy barred coverage for water damage stemming from any leak lasting more than 14 days, the district court correctly determined that plaintiffs’ water damage fell outside the scope of coverage.

Judgment is affirmed.
