Parcel 2 (Easement): An easement for parking for the exclusive use of the owner of Parcel 1, described hereinabove, on Parking Space 15/16 shown as L.C.E. 15/16 in City Block 918 on the plat of Packard Lofts, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 11152006 page 348 of the St. Louis City Records.
