Central Avenue in the City of Clayton and State of Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, to-wit: A Parcel of land situated in Fractional Section 24, Township 46 North Range 6 East and described as follows to-wit, beginning at the point of intersection of the Northwest line of Bermuda Drive (formerly Old Florissant Road) with the Southwest line of property conveyed to Rose Mary Rieser by Deed recorded in Book 2938 Page 551 of the St. Louis County Records, thence North 30 degrees 28 minutes West along the Southwest line of said Rieser Property a distance of 244.53 feet to a point in the North line of said section 24, thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes East along the North line of Section 24 a distance 52.45 feet to an iron rod thence South 30 degrees 28 minutes East a distance of 217.58 feet to an iron rod thence South 30 degrees 28 minutes East a distance of 217.584 feet to an iron rod in the Northwest line of Bermuda Drive located 59 degrees 32 minutes 4 East a distance of 45 feet from the point of beginning, thence South 59 degrees 32 minutes West along the Northwest line of Bermuda Drive, a distance of 45 feet to the point of beginning, according to survey by Rapp and Amp, Rapp on November 10, 1955. Excepting therefrom that part conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri, according to Warranty Deed recorded as Daily No. 966 on December 9, 2003. for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
