Garrett, a single person, dated April 8, 2022, and recorded on April 29, 2022, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for St. Louis City, State of Missouri at Book 04292022, Page 0008, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of legal holder of the Open-End Credit Equity Agreement ("Note") secured by the Deed of Trust, and in accordance with the Deed of Trust, will on October 31, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (at the specific time of 11:00 a.m.), at the Civil Courts Building, 10 North Tucker Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63101 will sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate to satisfy said debt, as described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, to wit: Lot 4400 of NEWSTEAD AT NORFOLK TOWNHOUSE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 77 at Page 4 and in the City Block 3980 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri Records.
