In re Oasis Investments Properties LLC,TRUSTEE'S SALE - For default in the payment of condominium assessments owed by Oasis Investments Properties, LLC to Summerwood Condominium Assoc., Inc. (the "Association"), pursuant to the Missouri Uniform Condominium Act (the "Act") and the Summerwood Declaration of Condominium By-Laws and Indenture recorded in Book 7193, Page 399, et seq., in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, St. Louis County, Missouri, as may have been amended from time to time, evidenced by a Notice of Lien for Assessments dated July 10, 2025 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, St. Louis County, Missouri on August 14, 2025, as Document 2025081400245, et seq., the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Association, who is the legal holder of the lien and has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
