Where a defendant argued that counsel was ineffective for failing to explain that his plea agreement would prevent him from appealing the denial of an offense level reduction for acceptance of responsibility, the challenge to the of his pleas is rejected because the defendant stated that he understood the terms of the agreement, and the judgment is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed.
