Paola Stange co-founded Stange Law Firm and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Stange has been a member of IACP since 2012 and is a Missouri Collaborative Institute mediator. She is trained in collaborative family practice, a form of alternate dispute resolution. She is also on the board of directors for Kids in the Middle.
Stange earned her law degree from Emory University in 2005. She worked at an Atlanta-area law firm and an Italian law firm before joining fellow POWER honoree Kirk Stange to found Stange Law Firm as a husband-and-wife team in 2007.
The Stanges co-wrote a book on prenuptial agreements as well as chapters in books on military family law and other topics.
