Criminal Law-Burglary-Sufficiency of Evidence

Defendant appealed his conviction for first-degree burglary and violation of an order of protection, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence.
Where the record supported the jury’s finding beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant entered the victim’s home with the intent to violate an order of protection that he was subject to, the court upheld defendant’s burglary conviction.
Judgment is affirmed.
