Pamela Barker was the first in-house attorney selected as chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy and Resources; she was also the first woman elected president of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Barker co-chairs her firm’s environmental, chemical and toxic tort department. Her practice focuses on regulatory compliance and the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions. She has managed the legal aspects of brownfield projects, dealt with federal and state agencies on compliance and enforcement issues, and assisted clients in managing environmental litigation.
