Stacy Stotts’ work has included matters in mining, electric utilities, transportation, agribusiness, manufacturing, chemical, municipalities and oil and gas. She has considerable experience with the Clean Air Act as well as greenhouse gas regulations. Stotts has handled numerous civil and administrative enforcement matters before both the Department of Justice and the Environmental Protection Agency and has assisted clients in negotiating administrative orders on consent to remediate contaminated properties under CERCLA and RCRA. Her work has also included commentary on proposed agency rulemaking and involved advising companies on regulatory compliance and acquisition of carbon credits.
