Civil Practice: Points On Appeal-Consumer Law Case

Where appellant car buyer challenged a judgment in favor of an automobile dealer on her claims of breach of contract, fraud in the inducement and alleged violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, the appellant’s first two points preserved nothing for review and the third point was abandoned on appeal, so the judgment is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
