Whether it’s an entrepreneur hoping to capitalize on a new idea or a seasoned company needing advice, Jim Seaman’s decades of experience is welcome.
Seaman handles the buying and selling businesses as well as real estate development, mergers, recapitalizations and other kinds of corporate restructuring. He works with clients in the United States and abroad, helping international clients acquire and establish companies overseas and advising them on compliance with U.S. law.
He is a member of the business law and real property, trusts and estates sections of the ABA.
