John Finger brings more than 35 years of experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and business transactions.
Finger has negotiated complex financing arrangements valued up to several hundred million dollars, with sales that include an international market data company, an international military pilot training company and a pharmaceutical laboratory company, among others.
He is a member of BAMSL’s business law section. Last November, Finger and another former Amundsen Davis partner, James P. Sanders, established the St. Louis office of the global law firm Rimon.
